Kyani & High Blood Pressure Day 2: 146/95

I just took my Kyani Sunrise. My friend James, a Kyani distributor, gave me a small bottle of Kyani NITROFX which I couple with the Sunrise. (There's a third Kyani component, Sunset, which I can't afford yet, but I will address that in a later post.) Okay, so here's what I do: I squeeze 5 to 10 drops of NITRO beneath my tongue, hold it for about 15 seconds. My enzymes must be quite thirsty, because they suck the NITRO right in. I swallow what's left. Then I take my 1 oz packet of Kyani Sunrise. Its taste is not unpleasant - it reminds me of Welch's Grape Juice in its concentrated form.

I ordered a 30-day supply. My goal is to lower my BP and stimulate the energy and verve I need to do some light exercise. I'm thinking Yoga might be good too, though I have never officially tried it.

Now, I mentioned in yesterday's post how drained of energy I feel because of my job (desk work) and school. Any chance I get, I lie down and if lucky, I fall asleep. I truly feel as if life is passing me by. I have little to no social life, aside from screenwriting club every two weeks, which I really enjoy.

Before starting Kyani, I got a full physical with bloodwork. I got my blood results back yesterday. Surprisingly, all my levels were in normal range. I do feel that my TSH level (thyroid) was very close to the higher level, which actually means (go figure) my thyroid is low, something I will address with my doctor at my two week follow-up visit.

Meanwhile, I'm taking it one day at a time, hoping Kyani will build its momentum.

More tomorrow!
